Poori (Puri)


  • Wheat flour - 2 cups
  • Maida flour - 1/4 cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Water - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 2 pinch


  • Mix the flour with 1 tsp oil and half cup of water and prepare dough by kneading properly.
  • Prepare dough by kneading properly.
  • Make small balls out of the dough and roll them out as poori's.
  • Heat the frying pan with sufficient quantity of oil.
  • Deep fry the poori's till they become light brown.
  • Serve the poori's with potato masala
