Mango Lassi


Ingredients

  • Ripe Mango - 1
  • Curd/Yogurt - 2 cup
  • Sugar - as required
  • Rose water - 1 tsp
  • Ice cubes - 1 cup

Method

  • Peel the mango skin and blend in the blender with the curd, sugar and rose water and ice cubes.
  • Serve chill.
