Nethilli Thokku

Nethilli Karuvadu Thokku or Nethilli Thokku is a easy thokku which I prepared last sunday. I want to finish the Anchovies / Nethilli, which I brought from India. I usually prepare the Nethilli Karuvadu fry or Nethilli sambal, but this time I want to try this thokku as the side dish for rice as well as for the chappathi.

Anchovies Fry

Anchovies Dry Fish Fry Recipe:

Anchovies Dry Fish Fry or Nethili karuvadu varuval is really a very tasty and spicy recipe, which a fish lover should definitely try. It is very easy to prepare also, with very less ingredients. I love anchovies fish and the dry fish form very much. My parents used to buy this dry fish atleast 2kg whenever they come to visit me. My kids ask me to prepare this fish fry, on every sundays.

Notes:
Dry Anchovies contains salt by itself. So while adding salt check first and add.
I used chilli powder (everest brand) and its spiciness is enough for our family. Add the chilli powder according to the brand you use. UHRVYY33RAV9
