Soya chunks or the meal maker are my kids favorite (even mine) and they love it when I do this Soya Chunks Fry. But this soya chunks masala I tasted in one of the Indian food court here and I liked the taste. So tried to my best to get the same taste. But I added fenugreek leaves to this masala, as I like to add in the North Indian Curries. I had it with Paneer Pulao as mentioned in my last post.
