Carrot-Cauliflower-Coriander Raitha (CCC Raitha) (CCC Pachadi)

I had some leftover carrot after doing the carrot -peas pulav and with that carrot and cauliflower i prepared the raitha for pulav's side dish.

  • Cauliflower - 1/2 cup (Finely chopped)
  • Coriander - 1/4 cup(finely chopped)
