Ingredients
- Potato - 4
 - Mustard - a pinch
 - Urud dhall - 1/4 tsp
 - Onion - 1 big
 - Garlic - 1
 - Curry leaves - few
 - Coriander
 - Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
 - Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
 - Coriander powder - 1/4 tsp
 - Salt for taste
 - Oil - 4 tsp
 
Method
- Boil the potato and keep aside. After sometime, remove the outer skin and cut the potato.
 - In Kadai, add 2 tsp of oil, mustard seeds, urud dhall, onion, garlic and curry leaves.
 - When the onion becomes, golden brown, add the potato, rest of the oil and the above mentioned powders and salt.
 - Saute well until the oil comes out.
 - Now Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
